Chad resides in Ocala, Florida with his wife Francine, step-daughter Aubrey, and a sleepy 13 year old Yellow Labrador that Chad rescued three and half years ago. He is a Vice President and Division Manager of Maronda Homes of Florida in Ocala. Chad is a member of the Ocala Marion County Chamber of Commerce and the Marion County Building Industry Association where he is currently the organizations Vice President (President elect), as well as the Chairperson of the Governmental and Industry Issues committee.
